Funciones del cargo

Manejo y gestión de cuentas asignadas.
Realizar agenda de reuniones con cliente.
Crear y transmitir lista de entregables para el resto de áreas de la agencia que deberá informar y gestionar con los líderes de área.
Escalar y conseguir la información del cliente necesaria para el resto de áreas.
Comunicar cuando haya un problema interno de tiempos o un problema externo de expectativas de cliente.
Hacer que las entregas pasen

Requerimientos del cargo

Ingles conversacional (Excluyente)
Experiencia mínima 2 años como Account Executive o afines.
Experiencia en manejo de CRM y Software de gestión de tareas (Deseable: ClickUp)
Amplios conocimientos en marketing online.
Experiencia en la gestión de cuentas y la atención al cliente
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
Experiencia en agencias de marketing digital es un PLUS
