Job functions

We are seeking a motivated and driven Inside Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for following up with leads actively looking for properties, nurturing them and filtering hot prospects. After the lead is engaged you will be responsible for assigning the leads to a designated real estate expert that would close the deal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and wants to start a career in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Following up with the internet leads including personal referrals, and past clients.
  • Call incoming leads
  • Qualify possible hot prospects
  • Nurture leads daily
  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions that potential leads
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and knowledge of properties.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills over the phone
  • A passion for real estate and the desire to learn and grow in the industry
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven sales track record and experience talking to leads
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM platform.
  • Flexible schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • Spanish Speaking a plus, English required
