About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Enablement Content Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring that all of our sales enablement content, documents, templates, videos, etc. are aligned with and optimized for our sales process, enablement and training programs, marketing messaging, and partner/prospect communications. As content creator and curator, you will assist in the enhancement of sales enablement content and programs through knowledge content creation, refinement, documentation, organization, and internal sharing. The buck will stop with you for the content that goes into all sales playbooks, battle-cards, competitor overviews, FAQs, and our sales wiki.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain our central repository for all sales enablement and training content
  • Enhance enablement communications and training materials with high-quality editorial content and engaging graphical imagery
  • Edit existing written or video content from team meetings, lengthy online trainings, or partner webinars and convert into bite-sizable snippets or videos for new hire training and/or ongoing rep education
  • Assist in uploading and announcing new content or training into our content mgmt systems (Confluence Wiki, Google Docs, Salesforce.com)
  • Drive the creation of select enablement program content and training, including sales process "how to" overviews and videos, updates to new hire onboarding content, and other training materials
  • Assist in enablement content presentation and/or training materials development
  • Manage numerous detailed project tasks, demonstrate exceptional copy-editing skills, great written communication skills, good verbal communication skills, and a willingness to jump into learning new sales enablement technology

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent from a top university, ideally with a degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Media or other liberal arts program with a heavy emphasis on creative writing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Prior Sales Enablement experience desired, ideally with an inside sales team
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Video editing and/or graphic design experience is a plus
  • Able to coordinate multiple cross-functional resources to ensure consistent messaging and voice that aligns with our brand, selling style and methodology
  • Able to learn with and train on multiple software solutions
  • A passion for travel!
