Requirements

We are looking for a person responsible for the maintenance of relationship with customers, through after-sales service carried out via email or directly on the service platform. This person will be in charge of delivering direct answers to clients.

Here's what you need:

  • Good writing and spelling.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive.
  • To be studying a career related to the IT area.
  • Open to learn new technologies.
  • Have notions of applications in the cloud.
  • English. Written and spoken is a plus.
