Description and required skills

We are looking for a highly detail oriented graphic and UI/UX designer, with excellent visual and conceptual skills. Being super creative, proactive, autonomous and willing to contribute new ideas are key attributes to thrive in this role.

You will work leading the design process of our multi-platform suite (Web, Android, iOS), working hand by hand with software developers. You will need to be in permanent contact with our customers in order to deeply understand their needs in order to design extremely user friendly experiences.

Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining and continuously improving our brand identity. You will be part of our marketing team, designing graphic elements for our website, printed brochures and branding objects.

What is required

  • Professional degree on Design (or similar)
  • At least 2 years working as a graphic or UX/UI designer
  • Advanced user of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere)
  • Advanced user of prototyping software (Sketch, Invision, AdobeXD)
  • Solid knowledge in information architecture and interface design
  • Obsessed with the design of friendly and intuitive user experiences

What you will do

  • Maintain and develop our brand identity
  • Design graphic elements for our advertising/merchandising material
  • Support the planning and execution of projects in our product development and marketing teams
  • Design the user experience and interfaces for our platform, playing a key role in the whole iterative process: gathering information with the users, designing prototypes, testing our assumptions and improving the product.

Outstanding skills

  • Experience working with agile development methodologies
  • Experience Minimum Viable Products (MVP) as a methodology for iterative and incremental product development
  • Knowledge on CSS/HTML
