Nodesource is seeking a Project Manager to support the Product Development team and report to Senior management. This person is responsible for the delivery management of our product N|Solid.

Typical responsibilities will include:

Manages product development sprints, aligned to the priority of the product roadmap and mapped to key resources across the team.
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the product development team to ensure features are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and Nodesource standards.
Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, timelines, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
Assist the team in developing research for future product roadmap features and competitive analysis.

Requerimientos del cargo

Must possess broad knowledge and expertise in the use of agile project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
3 or more years of technology work experience.
1 or more years leading the management of projects.
Experience with projects in one or more technologies and multiple functions.
Effective writing and verbal communication skills

Opcionales

Understanding of Node.js is desired
Project Management certification is preferred.
QA knowledge or experience is a nice plus
