Job functions

About the Role
We are looking for a goal-driven, creative mind that can be responsible for the creative copywriting and community management for the socials of WTW. (Instagram - LinkedIn - Tiktok - Blog)
A community manager acts as the liaison between an organization and its audience. They act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person.
Responsibilities
  • Produce engaging, clear text for different advertising channels such as social media, e-mail marketing, presentations, print ads and catalogs.
  • Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies. Also organizes and manage events to boost brand awareness.
  • Executing internal and external communication along with the communications manager’s, but not limited to copywriting and planning for projects.
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts. Looking to build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists.
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Communications and designers teams to own content calendars and campaign execution.
  • Research, ideation, deck-making, presenting to clients, trying products and writing. Lots of writing.
  • Execute content strategies into fun, creative writing and strategy for social posts.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Native english speaking.
  • Proven work experience as a creative copywriter, community manager or similar role.
  • Native english written experience. Additional languages or experience are a plus.
  • Experience planning community initiatives.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and pitching skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management.
  • Knowledge about online marketing.
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
