Job functions

We are looking for Engineer Managers.

The Accepted tech stack experience is broad. We are looking for effective, empathic leaders that know how to:

- manage a team (retain and grow)
- manage deadlines
- do cross functional coordination

Qualifications and requirements

Proficient in English
Sufficiently competent in your preferred tech stacks to lead others effectively
Excel at managing engineers and coordinating cross functionally
Can thrive working remotely
Understand the application architecture and work using common and proven patterns
Comes up with simple solutions to complex problems
Experience with performance and optimization improvements
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical challenges
Experience working in agile, highly iterative settings
Helps refine processes and standards

Generates technical and process improvements
