Wolf is a SAAS startup that provides a platform for entrepreneurs and temporary staffing companies to start their own on-demand staffing platform for an affordable price. We are revolutionizing the staffing industry by democratizing access to on-demand staffing, AI, & Machine Learning.
We are looking for an organized, self-driven, customer success enthusiast with B2B SAAS experience and an interest in learning more about the gig economy to manage our strategic partnerships.

What you'll be doing:

These are some of the challenges you will face:

  • Developing new and maintaining existing client relationships
  • Responding in a timely manner to partners' questions and concerns
  • Improving onboarding and training procedures for new partners + providing timely updates
  • Assessing knowledge base needs, updating inaccuracies/gaps, working quickly to ensure content is current
  • Implementing work flows to encourage partners’ self-teaching and knowledge base use
  • Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure partner achieves success with the product
  • Making sure nothing falls through the cracks

What we need you to have:

  • Superb verbal and written communication skills: Explaining technical matters to non-technical crowds is second nature to you
  • Performance Delivery: Do what you say you will when you say you will do it. And do it well. Be a creative problem solver.
  • Quick learner: We are a small and scrappy start-up that is growing fast, which means your input may be needed in several areas. You are excited by challenges and love learning and contributing to new things.
  • Experience: Whether in working with a B2B SaaS product, in the staffing industry, and/or at another startup

If you have any of these, we'd do a backflip:

  • Experience with technical writing or managing knowledge bases
  • Experience with SAAS onboarding best practices
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Business-level proficiency in a second language

Position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in Chile.
