We are looking for software engineers to join our R&D center in Santiago, Chile.

Job description

We are looking for a Software Engineer in the Systems Design Division Infrastructure Organization. Responsible for architecture, design, and implementation of server-stack infrastructure solutions for Mentor products.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. MSc preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Development with increasing levels of responsibility, including development, design, project leadership, and architect experience.
  • Proficiency in Java with demonstrable experience designing, coding and debugging web-based, client-server applications in a collaborative environment.
  • Addition desirable knowledge includes any of the following:
    • Experience with Java EE development using Servlets, JSP, EJB, Web Services and application servers such as JBoss / Wildfly
    • Deep understanding of the security issues within a Java EE runtime environment
    • Experience with Java-based development and configuration management using Eclipse, Ant, and Subversion
    • Experience building Restful webservices
