*This job is based in Santiago de Chile (candidate must be based here), and reports to the team in Chile and the UK. Spanish and English fluency is mandatory.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or equivalent role, ideally in mobile app or eCommerce environments.
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with tools like Maze, or similar, for user research.
• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Comfortable analysing product data using Amplitude or similar tools to identify opportunities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken – you’ll collaborate daily with our international teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and evolve design systems.
• Empathy for users and a passion for creating experiences that feel simple, human, and joyful.
