Funciones del cargo

The US KAM will be responsible for ensuring the success of Zippedi with US clients. Located in Santiago, the individual will provide an essential liaison function between the central team and the US based team.

What you’ll do?

  • Build relationships with clients and stores through engagement initiatives
  • Document opportunities for new solutions or capabilities in product
  • Develop business opportunities for new solutions based on knowledge from the broader organization.
  • Provide an essential liaison function to the US based team members.
  • Produce Status and reports on progress to goals.
  • Proactively manage robot performance data and issues impacting precision/recall or scan efficiency leveraging available data (API, Logs, Query Tools)
  • Diagnose reported by customer or internal teams.

Requerimientos del cargo

What you’ll need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
  • 1 year experience in retail companies in areas of Category Management, Trade Marketing
  • Knowledge of syndicated data sources (ACNielsen etc…)
  • Expertise in linking analytics via traditional data sources with cutting edge capabilities and tools to develop insights into action.
  • SQL & Business intelligence are desirable
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation skills
  • *****Fully bilingual in English. This is an excluding requirement.****
