Agency Management Advisor for Likee in BIGO TECHNOLOGY

• Responsible for communicating with agencies, and helping to improve the quality of live streaming of broadcasters and broadcasting rate.

• Responsible for daily communicating with agencies.

• Localize the Bigo-live work.

• Develop new business with existing and new agencies.

• Assist the US team to deliver the ideas and solutions well.

• Keeping management informed of the status of his group’s accounts, problems, plans, and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times.

• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred;

• 2 years to 5 years of CS experiences

• Experience servicing US clients

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Presentable, Motivated, Flexible, and problem-solving Skills.

• Willing to work with startup culture.

• Very good in English and Spanish

• Good knowledge of MS Office.

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

• Fast learner and passion for internet industry.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
