Funciones del cargo

The ATM Monitoring Specialist is a person with basic knowledge of information technology operations as well as general knowledge of IT operations in the financial industry and particularly in ATM technologies. Some of your responsibilities will be:
  • Review the status of equipment out of service for the different ATM networks, non-banking correspondents, and the elements of the transactional switches.
  • Verify equipment reported as out of service or alerted by monitoring tools.
  • Verify tickets generated in the monitoring and management tools.
  • Execute commands to recover the service of the ATMs and non-banking correspondents according to the established procedures.
  • Coordinate the attention of providers in agencies on weekends and holidays.
  • Use the local/regional support and escalation media and communication groups defined in a bidirectional manner to report events/alerts/incidents or take actions in response to events/alerts/incidents reported by third parties.
  • Register Incidents in the logs and check the status of transactions.
  • Download, analyze error traces and escalate alerts generated by monitoring tools.
  • Provide in a timely manner the reports.
  • Identify and implement temporary and definitive corrective actions to ensure the availability of services.

Requerimientos del cargo

  • Technical training with a focus on information technology.
  • Knowledge of ATM technologies.
  • 1+ years in basic operations of IT technologies.
  • 1+ years in the financial sector.
  • Excel Intermediate level.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Full-time availability.
