Funciones del cargo

As a Customer Success Associate, you will work closely with customers to help them get the most value from our platform. You’ll support senior members of the team, learn how to manage customer accounts, and play an important role in building strong relationships. This is a great position for someone early in their career who is organized, curious, and excited to learn.

What You'll Do

  • Support Customers: Build friendly and professional relationships with a group of customers while learning about their business needs.
  • Encourage Product Adoption: Understand how customers are using our platform and help them discover new features or best practices.
  • Help Solve Problems: Assist customers with basic issues or questions, and collaborate with more senior teammates when something requires deeper investigation.
  • Stay Organized: Manage daily tasks and keep customer information up to date and well documented.
  • Work with Other Teams: Partner with Sales, Support, and Product teams to make sure customer needs are understood and addressed.
  • Communicate Clearly: Share updates and progress with your team and manager regularly.
  • Keep Improving: Learn and follow our customer success processes while being open to coaching and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (for example, customer success, support, account coordination, hospitality, or similar).
  • Communication: Strong listening, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Organization: Comfortable managing tasks, prioritizing work, and paying attention to details.
  • Positive Attitude: Open to learning, able to receive feedback, and committed to growing your skills.
  • Team Player: Enjoys working with others and supporting shared goals.

Opcionales

  • Basic familiarity with our company’s platform or interest in the DevOps or digital operations space.
  • Interest in learning more technical product details over time.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or Looker is helpful but not required.

Condiciones

  • Workspace Bonus: USD $200 gross
    (Must be backed by invoice/receipt; otherwise must be returned.)
  • Referral Bonus: USD $500 gross.
  • September Bonus (Aguinaldo): $120,000 CLP net.
  • December Bonus (Aguinaldo): $180,000 CLP net.
  • Complementary Insurance: Covered by the company.
  • Vacation Bonus: USD $300 gross.
