Job functions

You will be working with a cross-functional team focused on creating data visualizations and insights to help our team understand our challenges and needs and develop ideas on how to solve them with smart data analytics. Work closely with Engineering and Data scientists and contribute in all phases of the Product Development Lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with company leadership, heads of departments, and other key stakeholders in ensuring that the business decisions are data-driven, customer-centric, and prioritize information needs
  • Build automated reports, dashboards and analytics pipelines based on partner requirements to support the decision-making process
  • Identifies opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in various complex data sets to solve relevant business problems
  • Collects and manages the necessary information to carry out the control panel: KPI
  • Monitors data/information management processes to ensure data quality and consistency support business initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with quantitative analysis including handling, manipulating, and analyzing data and creating analytical reports
  • Experience with BI tools (Metabase and Superset would be a plus, but experience with similar BI platforms would also be considered relevant) and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with advanced analytics and statistical software languages such as Python or R (data manipulation and data plotting)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and spreadsheets
  • Experience developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using data modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and come to optimal and efficient solutions based on requirements.
  • Understanding A/B testing and experimentation is a plus
  • Knowledge about statistics (descriptive)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • At least a B1 English level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
