Job functions

  • Work on pulling data for analysis, understanding problem statements and scoping the analysis request, creating presentations with findings/insights etc.
  • Understand and clarify business requirements to convert high-level business problems into specific analytical problems
  • Articulate analytical approach and results
  • Leverage analytics data to extract insights and directly correlate them with business outcomes
  • Work independently and under supervision from the team lead.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Manage large datasets using most recent technologies
  • Utilize BI tools, preferably Tableau, to visualize data and communicate findings effectively
  • Proactively seek opportunities to help team members by sharing knowledge and expanding skills
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in the Marketing Analytics domain as mandatory.
  • Proficiency in data pull and preparation in SQL/Cloud Platforms

Desirable skills

  • Experience in exploratory Data Analysis for Modelling and Business Analysis using Python/Excel
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with Databricks is a plus
  • Experience with BI tools, preferable Tableau
  • Interact with peers with enthusiasm and facilitate healthy team interaction
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Advanced English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional teams
  • Proactive approach to continuous learning and skill development
