Role Overview

Lead architecture and full-stack development of our PaaS solutions in the agentic AI and voice agent space.
Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to define and deliver strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Drive hands-on development across the stack—from backend services to voice interface integrations—while mentoring engineers to achieve high standards of performance and ownership.
Champion CI/CD and modern DevOps practices to ensure rapid, reliable, and secure deployment cycles.
Identify and integrate emerging technologies, including generative AI, to accelerate product development and quality assurance.
Nurture a high-performance engineering culture and foster ongoing professional growth.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals and user needs.

What you’ll bring

8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in technical leadership or team lead roles.
Proven track record delivering PaaS solutions in the agentic AI or voice AI domain.
Deep expertise in voice technologies (ASR, TTS, NLU/NLP, conversational AI frameworks).
Strong full-stack skills (Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, etc.).
Experience building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, code generation) to boost velocity.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-building abilities.
Bonus: cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), real-time systems, WebRTC, telephony integrations (Twilio, SIP), HCI/Applied ML, startup/high-growth experience.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-native architectures and real-time communications; familiarity with autonomous agent systems; prior startup or scale-up experience; strong passion for building user-centered AI products and driving measurable outcomes.
