Product Designer (UI/UX) in Spline

Hello there!
At Spline (spline.design) we are building a design tool to create 3d content for the web.

We are a small team and we are just starting. We are looking for someone who can help us solve the Spline app technical/graphic challenges.

- Design UI components.
- Create Design Systems.
- Help us built the design communication strategy.
- Design new features for the app.
- Research and design testing/validation.
- Work closely with our dev team and help us solve the technical/graphical challenges.

- Experience (+3years) in Product Design (UI/UX/Design Systems/Components/Brand).
- Experience working on web-based products or mobile-based products.
- Experience with basic HTML/CSS code.
- Please share links of real-life work examples.

- Experience with 3D design or Creative Coding.

🧩Our goal is to rethink the design process: 3d first, realtime, and interactive. There is so much tech progress happening, but the creative tools available for 3d design are still the same: hard to use, technical, not web-based, and costly.
