Job functions

Define and implement the product experience
Execute all visual design stages from conception to completion
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Conduct user research, customer development and evaluate user feedback
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Design marketing materials including illustrations and infographics
Contribute to Truebase brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

Qualifications and requirements

5+ years of experience designing user interfaces
Experience designing B2B self-serve applications
Experience in Marketing and Sales technology industry
Demonstrable experience as a designer for full life-cycle product development
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong web and mobile portfolio
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Proficiency in Figma and wireframing tools
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related

Desirable skills

Experience working in an early stage startup
Experience working in a geographically distributed and remote culture
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
