UI Designer in Prendea

In May 2020 we launched Prendea, a live class platform for students from 4 to 18 years old, where they can learn what they are really passionate about. We do not want any student to be left without exploring their true interests and thus develop their full potential. We went through Y Combinator this year and raised a seed round from the best Education VCs and Angels including Rethink Education, Reach Capital, Learn Capital, John Danner and Austen Allred.

As a team, we constantly work to improve our own capabilities, we are fully convinced that a top performing team is one full of people eager to continue learning. Currently we are a team of 9, with a flexible, goal oriented and agile work culture.

• Plan and implement new interface designs. Optimise existing user interfaces in the platform.
• Communicate with the Product team to establish priorities y collaborate with initiatives in the short, medium and long term. Present and justify design prototypes.
• Go through all of the visual design stages, from ideation and wireframes to final handoffs with the development team.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, user flows or processes to communicate effectively the interaction and design ideas to the product team
• Run usability tests
• Establish and enforce design patterns, best practices and standards.
• Help create and maintain design systems and brand guidelines.

• Around 3 years working in UI Design
• Experience implementing and using design patterns such as material design.
• Experience creating and using components to maintain consistency across our product.
• Experience using Figma.
• Experiencia establishing and following brand and design guidelines in digital products.
