ABOUT THE ROLE
As a next generation digital experience platform, Modyo requires a high level of usability and expertise to build world-class digital products. We believe that well thought and designed user experiences are the key to success, and we want you to leverage your experience to creatively address the design challenges we face.

As UX Product Designer you will be part of creating digital experiences and ensuring our product and features are valuable and easy to use. Understanding our users is fundamental to our process, and we are looking for a designer who enjoys solving problems in collaboration with our Product Team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of our products.
  • Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and valuable.
  • Feature and process analysis within the platform.
  • Data analysis and user behavior.
  • Facilitate work sessions to understand problems, requirements, and to support ideation of solutions.
  • Create storyboards and prototypes to conceptualize designs.
  • Provide detailed specifications of interactions, layouts, components, and styles to developers.
  • Deeply understand our clients' businesses, their target audience and the environment that surrounds them to define world-class digital experiences.
  • Collaboration with the development team for processes and experiences.

Must haves

  • Advanced English.
  • More than 5 years of experience working as UX Designer.
  • Affinity with the digital ecosystems of the financial and insurance industries (having experience working with or in the financial industry will definitely boost your application with us!).
  • Experience in Design Thinking and User Centered Design.
  • Experience creating Design Systems.
  • Experience working with Figma.
