We are looking for creative, motivated and enthusiastic a Visual/UI Designer to help us strengthen Quansa's visual identity at all points of contact with the user and transform our values into visual deliverables!

You will not only create beautiful components and a design system, you will do a lot more than that! We will trust you to help us strenghten Quansa's visual brand accross all channels. This means you will work very closely with the Marketing team and the Product team, making sure our brand personality is reflected at every single point of contact with the user.

This position is 100% remote, but we are always working to improve teamwork and connection between our team members. We want everyone to be able to work comfortably and at peace. If you are in Sao Paulo, you can come to our office and soon, that will be possible in Santiago as well.

• Build our visual identity and ensure its consistency at all points of contact with the user (app; website; email marketing; landing pages; social networks)
• Be a technical reference - knowing and adapting to our reality the best practices in Graphic and Interface Design
• Develop visual solutions in Figma - always thinking of our user!
• Building UIs for Web, Android and iOS (for mobile, we work with flutter)
• Evolve our Design System
• Build visual prototypes (medium, low and high fidelity)
• Participate in user surveys and usability tests
• Be close to the development team and communicate your Design work

• Graphic Design Skills - we want to see your portfolio!
