We are launching a refreshed version of our Point of Sale app. We are looking for an engagement manager to join our team to help us connect with stores virtually and in person through visits to create engaging digital content and document user experience.

Job functions

Using social media platforms to communicate with users.
Providing support to users in onboarding steps.
Field visits to users' business for engagement activities.
Hosting online events to engage store owners.
Implement new engagement activities to keep stores active.

Qualifications and requirements

+3 years of experience in community management, customer service or equivalent area.
Proven experience working with teams
Working knowledge of using social media management tools.
Be in constant learning.
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective management in the relationship with work
Be responsible, orderly and proactive
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English
