Please note: our company is based in the UK and has Chilean Founders.
*This role is based in Chile and reports to the team in Chile and the UK. Spanish and English fluency is mandatory.

Job functions

  • Build a consistent design system for the HumanForest brand, focused on mobile and web applications.
  • Build wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
  • Conduct UX Research and test early concepts.
  • Redesign current website and internal web applications.
  • Evolve our end-user application with new features that enhance our customer's life.
  • Create a great experience for our partners and customers.
  • Redesign our internal web and mobile applications experience to improve the productivity of our operational members.

Qualifications and requirements

  • A portfolio showing 2-5 years of experience in creating and implementing UX design.
  • A solid understanding of UX, UI and design, such as Research, Information Architecture and the latest methodologies and a solid grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD), Design Thinking and other frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of Figma. Proficient with features such as auto-layout, prototypes, reusable components, vector graphics, etc.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS and awareness of standard collaboration software such as Slack, MS Teams, JIRA, ClickUp, Asana, Linear.
  • Experience creating storyboards, site maps, and customer journey maps and the ability to present confidently to internal teams.
  • A commitment to using UX Design best practices to design solutions and mobile-first, responsive design.
  • Planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
