As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be challenged to grow our team πŸš€.

You will be in charge of the full recruitment lifecycle of the processes, coordinating each stage and taking care of the applicants at every moment. You're the most important touchpoint between our applicants and the team, but most importantly, you will be the front door to the amazing talent we are looking forward to meet! (yep, including you πŸ˜‰). Also, you will work closely with a technical partner depending on the role (Hiring Manager), and just because recruitment is very important for us, you will be supported by the Product and Operations team from the beginning ❀️‍πŸ”₯.

Your daily functions πŸ’ͺ🏼

πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸ’» Managing of recruitment and hiring pipeline: profiling the roles with hiring managers, posting ads on Get on Board, organizing the processes, coordinating interviews.
✏️ Assess candidates from a cultural fit and psychological point of view (mainly with evidence-based models).
πŸ“ž Communicate constantly with applicants: taking care of their needs and cultivating a long-term relationship for future processes.
πŸ” For challenging searches, perform hunting or inbound sourcing strategies.

We'd love to hear from you if you

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology or a discipline related to HR, and you're being involved in the Industrial/Organizational area.
  • You have experience interviewing and leading full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes in tech roles.
  • You are knowledgeable in tech profiles and their industry environment. You feel at home working with modern digital tools because you LOVE technology
  • You work with a candidate-centric approach.
  • You're knowledgeable in BEI, Competency-Based interviews, or any evidence-based model to assess candidates.
  • You have excellent spoken and written communication skills.
