• Purpose: Management implementation Projects of Core Banking with BacBase Solutions focused in building the strategy, consulting team and Customer experience and the best Delivery practices.
• Previous Jobs: Sysadmin, Application Admin, IT Consultant, Implementation Lead, Senior Consultat, Tech Lead with BacBase Core Banking Product
• Lead the design function for Business Banking, from start to end.
• Validate and substantiate the work and ideas of your team, and yourself, and translate them into clear solutions

Background: Professional in Technology, engineering and others

Experience and expertise in:

• 7 years of experience in IT Industry as Consultant, preference in software development services, staff aumentation, IT Services, Cloud infrastructure; knowledge of interaction withcore Banking vendors as a BackBase, TSys, Mambu, Oracle, SAP; and others
• 5+ years project management and delivery experience and Professional Services experience
• Responsible for the delivery quality of key accounts within Business Units with direct report to the Managing Director.
• Passion for developing and implementing operational standards and processes
• Well-developed business acumen and technical aptitude to effectively guide/influence the priorities of various stakeholders while delivering exceptional service to customers
• Are familiar with architectural patterns, such as Microservices, CQRS, event sourcing
• Have experience with server virtualization and containers technology such as Docker, VMWare, HyperV;
• Have professionally used Integration Platforms, API Gateway, etc.

• Type of contract: Indefinite term
• Salary: 3,200 to 3500 montly
