Business Operations Analyst in Topsort

Topsort is a Seed to Series A stage company disrupting the advertising world with an intuitive, modular, and pleasant to use set of products and APIs to democratize auction-based advertising technology. You'll be joining as part of the first 50 employees at a startup, so expect some ambiguity, moonshot ideas, and fast pace. • Finance: budget management, financial analysis, financial modeling and basic accounting principles
• Good business sense: ability to communicate with high-level stakeholders both inside and outside of Topsort.
• Payment Collection: get familiar with Chargebee, Stripe, and learn to configure them technically and handle communications around payments with account payable teams at customer companies.
• Process improvement: going from a small company to scale requires a lot of prioritization and optimization
• Tool stack management: manage all of Topsort's tooling, and look for rooms to improve and iterate on the process

• minimum 3 years in banking, investing, consulting or similar career fields
• Masters, or Bachelor from a Top university
• Knowledge of Gsuite, Excel, and other financial tools, willingness to learn and expand the toolkit
• SQL, Mixpanel, and other analytical skills are appreciated
• Strong ability to learn, relentless drive to become better and push to the limits
• Ability to thrive under pressure and move fast in a startup environment
