AMC Commercial Real Estate is seeking a detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support a senior real estate executive. In this role, you will help elevate the executive's visibility and pipeline through organized marketing campaigns, compelling collateral, and timely administrative support. You will work closely with the marketing team to coordinate property listings, market research, event logistics, and client communications, contributing to the firm’s growth and client satisfaction. This position provides exposure to commercial real estate marketing, tenant representation, and investment sales processes, with opportunities to develop a strong foundation in real estate branding and communications while supporting multiple property types and districts.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior real estate executive, including calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns for property listings and investment opportunities, including preparing presentations, data room updates, one‑pagers, and property fact sheets.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns to nurture client relationships and broadcast project milestones.
  • Support market research efforts: comp sets, rental rates, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform strategy and investor communications.
  • Coordinate event logistics for client meetings, site tours, broker open houses, and industry conferences.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread communications, proposals, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Maintain organized digital filing, CRM data integrity, and project trackers for pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, leasing, asset management, design) to produce cohesive collateral and timely deliverables.
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks with discretion, professionalism, and a problem‑solving mindset to keep executives focused on high‑value activities.

Preferred qualifications

Desirable candidates will have prior experience supporting executives in the real estate or professional services sectors, proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms, and a track record of improving process efficiency. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace, basic graphic/layout skills (InDesign, Canva, or PowerPoint), and familiarity with property data platforms are beneficial. Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a customer‑service mindset are highly valued. Fluency in additional languages and experience coordinating multi‑site events are pluses.
