Primarily, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing this new brand identity and creating an entire design system, including the visual brand identity (VBI), corporate style guide, logo/icon/imagery standards and systems, and adaptations across all Nisum’s Business Units, subsidiaries (as needed and appropriate), media, and medium. Also will be responsible for educating the organization about the new design system and VBI and enforcing brand identity integrity and compliance across the company. Besides he/she should implement the new design system across a variety of media, such as, but not limited to, the website, digital identities, sales enablement tools, and internal communications. And will be responsible for educating and mentoring other designers within the organization such that those individuals are able to design within the system in their own needs.
