Marketing Manager in Wolf SpA

WorkAbroad is a new job platform, allowing internationally based companies to connect with English-speaking workers living in LATAM, while still providing them full benefits.

WorkAbroad is looking for a full time Marketing Manager to develop new leads as well as manage email marketing campaigns, blogging, and social media networks targeting both companies and jobseekers.

This job is for you if you:

• Can manage a high volume of tasks with varying priorities
• Can switch from task to task with short notice and maintain a high level of productivity
• Want to learn new skills on the job and figure things out as you go
• Enjoy working on something new every day

• Working independently to create and execute marketing strategies
• Creating content for WorkAbroad’s blog and email campaigns
• Meeting with clients to understand their short and long term employment needs in Latin America
• Championing WorkAbroad as a resource for English-speaking job seekers in Latin America
• Solidifying WorkAbroad’s brand identity

• Experience leading inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills--native English and business-level Spanish
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, ActiveCampaign, Woodpecker, etc.)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and/or other design software

• Experience in sales and/or customer success
• Experience in SAAS & staffing
• Basic level HTML knowledge
