Vacasa has a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Chile. Work side-by-side with team members on the creation and implementation of functional, engaging mobile apps for the Vacation Rental market. What you’ll do with your team

• Build mobile apps with maximum reliability, security, speed, and scalability
• Work collaboratively with other teams - both within the department and throughout the organization
• Lead architecture and design decisions within your team
• Grow your team through mentoring in mobile technologies
• Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and architecture discussions
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry standards

• 5+ years engineering work experience
• Advance english
• Deep familiarity with native mobile app development
• iOS development experience, preferably using Swift
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful API interfaces

• Completed a B.S./M.S. in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
• AWS Serverless tech
• Experience in hospitality or travel industry
