Join our team as Business Developer or Account Manager with experience in Banking Sector for the promotion of IT Services (Staffing, Software Projects, etc).

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the management of a company's customers.
  • Responsible for keeping customers satisfied and optimizing company performance.
  • He is also responsible for creating and managing a unique and tailor-made strategy for each client, being able to achieve success for both the company and the client.
  • Convey the trust and support that customers need, as it is key to keep the business between both parties active.
  • Autonomy to be able to offer to customers, without harming the company.

Job requirements

  • Professional in business administration, engineering, and others;
  • IT industry as a Sales Consultant preferred in the areas of software development services, staff augmentation, IT services, cloud infrastructure; working knowledge with vendors such as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Infosys, AWS and others.
  • 5+ years of Sales Project Management in particular with solid experience in banking or financial sector in banks like Santander, Walmart Bank, Banregio, BBVA, JPMorgan Mexico, Amex 2nd tier banking Autofit, Nu, Klar, etc or Fintech like Rappi, Didi, Uber, etc.
  • Experience in IT services promotion (recruitment, staff augmentation, software developers, core banking, software factory, etc.).
  • Good relationships with decision makers in the company, such as CFO, COO, Delivery, Service Manager, etc.
  • Knowledge of demand generation strategies via marketing (webinars, growth hacking, inbound marketing, freemium services and others) outbound (lead generation, telemarketing, events, etc.) is a plus Experience with loyalty and referral programs.
  • Use and apply best practices such as BANT, AIDA, Inbound Marketing, Agile Sales.
  • Experience working with sales methodologies such as Trans-Selling, Solutions Selling, Samurai Sales, Customer Centric Selling and knowledge of the Lead, Pipeline, Forecast and Predicting Backlog sales cycle process.
  • KPI'S and OKR Management
  • Experience in reporting on forecasts, payments, deliveries, customer experience, etc.
  • Budget targets around 500 to 1 MDD, work on plans to cover targets.
  • Course in the field of sales or technology.
  • Great negotiation skills..

  • Whish be: experience in Scrum, ITIL, DevOps, CI / CD, Testing, Design Thinking and knowledge of Technology as languages, databases, QA, etc
  • Really getting involved in the reporting process, preparing dashboards and KPI's is a plus, use OKR.
