About the Role

Our Travel Expert’s team is growing! The world is not accessible, but we should all be able to explore the world without limits, that is why at Wheel the World we want to allow millions of people with disabilities to travel to thousands of destinations. We are looking for a Travel Experts (travel agents related to accessibility), with high English proficiency to assist and support our travelers through their booking process while also offering a memorable experience!

We are looking for a passionate person who is in love with our mission, with strong sales skills in order to assist our travelers while they book their next trip.

Proactive, willing to learn, empathetic, and energetic humans needed to interact with different stakeholders, partners, and lead important new projects. Critical thinking is key, as well as looking for ways to improve our processes.

Responsibilities

  • Book places to stay and things to do requested by our travelers and log all information in our CRM platform
  • Collect payments/fees from clients on time
  • Make payments to our partners on time
  • Create quotes and itineraries when needed
  • Research deal opportunities and new accessible products to offer the best customer experience
  • Maintain our website products updated by generating a close relationship with our partners all over the world
  • Work with the customer experience team to always offer the best possible product and service

This job is for you of

  • C1 or C2 english Level. Additional language is a plus.
  • You have experience in hospitality or you are passionate about travel
  • You have strong sales skills, commercial awareness, and hospitality oriented mindset
  • You are organized and methodical
  • You are emphatic and with knowledge (or interested in learning) about disability needs
  • You have great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are passionate about our mission and open to learning from different areas
  • You have the ability to work under pressure
  • You are passionate about making the world accessible
