Dealflow & Partnerships Manager in Kaiku

Kaiku is an AI funding platform that matches seed-stage and Series A startups with an investor network of 300+ VCs in 50 countries. Backed by Europe’s largest B2B accelerator (StartupWiseGuys), we are now looking to expand our presence in new markets.

We are hiring a Dealflow and Partnerships Manager to focus on our growth across Spanish-speaking countries. We are looking specifically for candidates based in Spain or Latin America.

Job Function

  • On-the-ground management of investor/dealflow operations and platform sales
  • Take over current investor relationships in Hispanic speaking countries and expand this network
  • Become the point of contact for Hispanic accelerator partners and referral sources
  • Structure framework to scale in continent, with targeted bridging points between regions

Required Experience

  • Background in VC / accelerator experience / start-up sourcing and scouting
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) necessary. Portuguese speaking a bonus.
  • Ideally has experience in both Europe (UK/Spain) and LATAM

Role Requirements

  • Flexible hours to deal with timezone differences (core Kaiku team is based in UK)
  • Accelerator experience/sourcing
  • Ideally based in Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Colombia or Spain

Compensation

Compensation is negotiable depending on availability and requirements.

Locally remote only

Position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in South America, Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Panama, Mexico or Spain.
