We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of EVEN, a direct-to-consumer (DTC) music platform, that connects music artists directly to their fans by providing them early access to music, exclusive listening parties and pre-sale tickets for tours, merchandise, and more. . As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing systems for artist relations managers and the team! Your expertise in project management, and operations, and familiarity with tools like Airtable will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our platform.

Responsabilities:

• Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the DTC music platform, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of exclusive content and experiences to fans.
• Maintain and update systems to track artist music releases and fan access points, using tools such as Airtable, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to streamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for better efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of upcoming releases, events, and exclusive offers to artists, fans, and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize Google Suite and other project management tools to create and manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on project status, key metrics, and performance indicators.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the music industry or related fields.
• Strong operational background, with a demonstrated ability to design and manage systems and processes effectively.
• Proficiency in using tools like Airtable for tracking and organizing data is highly desired.
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management software is essential.
• Excellent time management skills and a proven track record of completing tasks on schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, artists, and fans.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in data management and reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
• Passion for music and a deep desire to learn more about music industry practices and fan engagement strategies.
• Airtable experience is a plus!
