We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer with experience in AWS Infrastructure & Serverless capabilities as our platform grows and we develop new features and capabilities to support our customers’ and the industry’s changing needs.

Wolf is a SAAS startup that provides a platform for entrepreneurs and temporary staffing companies to start their own on-demand staffing platform for an affordable price. We are revolutionizing the staffing industry by democratizing access to on-demand staffing, AI, & Machine Learning.

• Designing and developing new web applications.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting existing web applications.
• Writing and maintaining reliable Ruby code.
• Building Scalable APIs
• Build Integrations with external applications.
• Creating back-end components.
• Identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.
• Integrating and developing user-facing / front-end elements using Javascript frameworks.

• Proven work experience as a Ruby developer on production applications
• Experience with AWS infrastructure. (Especially Beanstalk & RDS)
• Experience with serverless architecture (Lambda & Dynamodb)
• Proficiency with code versioning tools including Git, Github, SVN, and Mercurial.
• Experience with Javascript frameworks (Could be: React/Angular/Vue etc.)
• Familiarity with MVC, Mocking, RESTful, and ORM.
• Experience developing highly interactive applications
• Familiarity with testing tools.
• A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design
• Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
• Good knowledge of relational databases
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in related field
• Advanced level of English
