As part of the quality platform enabler team this role interacts with technical leads, agile facilitators and devs of different squads to implement automation initiatives, tools and any other agile testing practice required to ensure the desired product quality.

The main challenge is to improve the dev experience and gain adoption of technical solutions that are expected to improve the cycle time.

Design and implement QA tools, automation frameworks and quality strategies for the squads to improve their cycle time and maintain product quality standards.

• 3 years + of experience in automation
• At least 2 years coding in any programming language
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Agile methodologies knowledge
• Strong QA process/techniques knowledge
• Strong technical knowledge in cloud technologies, qa frameworks, build servers
• Experience in performance testing
• Intermediate English (B2)
