• Be a technological reference for the challenges addressed by the team, sharing knowledge, coordinating with their leaders the architecture design and development plan;
• Work aligned with product and business leaders, making estimates and guiding the technical roadmap of the development team;
• Compliance with development standards and quality processes in the Squad;
• Communicate on a regular basis to the Tribe Head of Engineering about roadblocks, team difficulties and architecture, technical standards, quality, security decisions made by the Squad;
• Identify early technical issues and problems, proposing appropriate solution alternatives;
• Identify, manage and unblock situations related to team dynamics in the squads such as: capacity issues, developer performance and any other similar issues.

• 5 years+ of experience in the industry.
• Designing REST APIs
• Use of OpenID Connect/OAuth 2.0
• Knowledge of software architecture
• Architectural patterns
• Quality attributes
• Microservices
• Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Python
• Databases:
• PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora and AWS DynamoDB.
• 1 year + experience working with AWS

• Technology stack: Django, AWS API Gateway, AWS Cognito, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, AWS SQS, AWS SNS, AWS EventBridge, React, AWS Amplify
• Programming languages: Python (backend), JavaScript (frontend)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora, AWS DynamoDB
