Back-end Developer in HR CAPITAL

As our new BACKEND DEVELOPER, you will be responsible of developing and maintaining the backend and core of our products, considering a scalable and reliable architecture.

- Design and deliver high-quality, well tested, scalable backend software systems.
- Implement new product features.
- Build reusable code and libraries.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure a correct balance between functional implementation and performance.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

- 5+ years of experience in backend development.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.

- Required skills/qualifications:

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js development.

- Experience in Agile environment.

- Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with MongoDB.

- Working experience with AWS

- Experience with Microservices.

- Experience with Elasticsearch.

- Experience with Redis.

- Experience with Georeferencing tools.
