About the role

This position is 100% remote. As a Data Engineer, some of your responsibilities will include working with internal and external stakeholders to help them understand data and reporting requirements. You will be helping in improving the company's internal data model to increase query performance and accommodate new functionality, and you will also be troubleshooting technical issues with performance, data discrepancies, alerts.

Requirements

Must have a time zone anywhere between UTC-8 (San Francisco) - UTC-3 (Buenos Aires)
1+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Analytical Products.
Experience working with Python or similar languages.
Has strong technical accomplishments in SQL, ETLs, and data analysis skills
Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
Experience working with Git, CLI, and general software development
Can work well as part of a fast-paced remote-first startup

Desirable skills

Bachelor's degree, with a Major in Analytical or Technical Field
Experience working with Apache SparkNote: Please send your CV in English
