Work along our JS Engineers to give support to the Customer Success team, fixing day-to-day issues affecting our internal and external customers.
You are responsible to bring issues to resolution and provide feedback to the rest of the engineers on common mistakes, repeating patterns and other information useful for continuous improvement.
You will work inside the engineering team but will have contact with all departments.
In a timeline your job would look as follows:
Depending on your interests and abilities you may take a lead role or switch to a non-support engineering role later on.
We are looking for an experiences but humble team player. The position is open to engineers with +2-3 years of experience.
