REQUORDIT, Inc. is growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a Software Deployment Technician to join our team.

For almost two decades, Requordit Inc. has provided Content Services (ECM) solutions that eliminate paper, integrate with ERPs and other internal systems, and speeds the flow of information throughout organizations. We’d love a Software Deployment Technician that is a highly motivated, analytical thinker with experience and expertise in software installation and deployment.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the DevOps Team, you will be responsible for performing new or upgrading existing software deployments in a client-server architecture.
Working directly with customers to implement and rollout software.
Provide top notch customer service to multiple customers when troubleshooting issues to support the software implementation.
Stay up to date on current technologies through continuing education, certifications and self-study.
Manage daily and weekly tasks utilizing time tracking and documenting systems and tools

What You Know

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
1+ Year experience in the Microsoft ecosystem: Windows, Server, MSSQL, IIS
Troubleshooting technical problems is second nature to you
Knowledge of networks and hardware

What will WOW us

Prior ECM or Content Management software experience, specifically OnBase
Excels in a team environment and company culture
Oracle Database on Linux: Installation and configuration
Linux server administration: Red Hat, command line, VI, etc.
