Responsibilities and Goals

Develop high-quality software applications by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the full software stack.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to clarify requirements and deliver value-driven features.
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and system design discussions to ensure code quality and scalability.
Optimize applications and platforms for performance, reliability, and maintainability, including monitoring and profiling in production environments.
Contribute to architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and implementation plans that align with business objectives.
Define and track success metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to iteratively improve software and user experience.
Engage in testing strategies, including unit, integration, and automated tests, to reduce defects and accelerate delivery.
Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and promote best practices within the team.

Desirable Skills

Strong understanding of software design patterns, data modeling, and performance optimization is a plus.
