We need to add more customers to the section and build a sales team which can increase our revenue 10x and take us to another level. Our product helps https://www.chilecompra.cl/ users to get a real-time notification for the available projects to bid and manage tenders. Our application is only exclusive to the user base of chile Compra or the businesses who would like to increase the number of tenders. The chances of missing a tender through our application become Zero. Our group is working actively in 3 continent and we solve the technological problems of businesses with the help of Artificial intelligence and Business intelligence.

Sales Prospector and Inside Sales Executive

We are looking at a versatile sales prospector with the capability to speak, write and communicate fluently in Spanish and English.

KRA (Key Responsibility Areas)
1. You have to do cold calls and cold emails to a lead list(Leads Provided).
2. Update it on the CRM Every day with comments and allocate them to the stage they belong.
3. Set up meetings with potential opportunities who are interested.
4. Deliver Meetings online with the help of online tools and identify the need of the business.
5. Followup according to their stage for next steps to move them forward for a trial.
6. Close them by sending an invoice for monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription.
7. Send Daily sales reports of the interested customers with the number of attempts(Format will be shared)
8. Manage and help to keep your customer by aking him feedback every 2 months so that they stay with us.

Characteristics

Energetic, Extrovert, Active listener. English and Spanish should be fluent. (Written, spoken)
Innovative. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and can adopt CRM.

6. Minimum experience required is 2 - 5 years in B2B or SaaS Sales.

Ability to make presentations and write persuasive copies in Spanish and English.

Benefits of working with us:
1. Basic salary every Month.
2. Percentage of the profit that is closed by you. (Each month) For Example, You closed a deal for 100,000 CLP/month, once the customer has paid you will get 10,000CLP/Month added to your next month salary for next 1year. After 1 year you will get 2% of the billing amount paid by your customers. (As long as you are working with us)
3. Insurance and other benefits will be paid to you according to the slab of profits you make with in the first 3 months of probation.
4. After 2 months you can work from home online and if you are performing from the first week it can be reduced to 1 month.
