We are looking for an organized, self-driven, customer success enthusiast with an interest in SAAS, flexible staffing, software, and start-ups, to join our team as a customer success manager.

What you'll be doing :

  • Responding to client questions and concerns
  • Assisting with testing and providing feedback on software developments
  • Improving onboarding and training procedures for new clients + new feature releases
  • Making sure nothing falls through the cracks

What we need you to have:

  • Superb verbal and written communication skills: You should have experience in a customer service or customer success-type role.
  • Performance Delivery: Do what you say you will when you say you will do it. And do it well.
  • Quick learner: We are a small and scrappy start-up which means we all have multiple roles and often need to learn new skills on the fly. You are excited by challenges and love learning new skills.

  • Experience running marketing campaigns
  • Experience in SAAS & staffing
  • Business-level Spanish language skills
