Cloud Architect in 3Nets

3nets.io. is a Santa Clara, CA-based company engaged in developing a service-aware elastic networking platform that adapts to the needs of customer applications including the modern microservices-based application environment. The software-based platform leverages commercially available hardware and public and private cloud infrastructure. The enterprises or MSPP's customers could express intent through policy rules that control and drive the network's behavior.

• Work with the team to brainstorm and come up with new innovative solutions
• Assist with the validation and implementation of new solutions.
• Promote regular and consistent communications between internal groups, including Product Management, Engineering and Management.

• Provide best practice guidelines for deployment & identify risks in the environment.
• Develop and maintain an efficient, scalable operational procedures for managing and operating 3Nets multi cloud network infrastructure.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience
• Mentor the team and provide assistance as needed on implementation and operations of 3Nets multi-cloud network infrastructure.
• Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools to automate is required (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Solid understanding of networking, (IPSec / NAT / BGP) and software defined networking
• Experience with one or more of the cloud platforms Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience in configuring, testing and troubleshooting networking and security solutions
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Math, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect or AWS Advanced Networking - Specialty certification preferred.

• Build distributed, high-throughput, real-time data pipelines
• Software coding in Go, Python, C/C++, Kotlin
• Use Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and other open-source components
