QA Automation Engineer in Whiz

We are looking for an experienced Semi-Senior QA Automation Engineer who will be responsible for creating and automating test scenarios and identifying defect. Your duties will include help manage our test environments, develop and document processes and develop and maintain our test libraries. We expect you to be a passionate professional about quality and test automation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop effective, reusable and maintainable automated test scripts to achieve maximum code coverage in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Ensure the automation scripts function well across all supported browsers and platforms.
• Design, develop, execute automation scripts using Selenium/C# and analyze automation test results.
• Review automated tests of junior QAs and provide suggestions to improve the quality and efficiency of the tests.
• Help define, implement and maintain automation strategies that enable the team to perform more through regression testing of existing functionality, earlier in the release cycle.

• 2-3 years experience in automated testing and automated UI testing
• Has some Java and Javascript programming experience
• Experience in performance testing and related tools, such as Load Runner and JMeter
• Proven ‘quick learner’ to solve complex testing problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• B2 English Level

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle management (Agile/SCRUM methodology) a plus
• Knowledge of Unix commands, Tomcat web server
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS and/or GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Ability to setup a testing environment
• Working experience with bug tracking tools, such as Rally, JIRA
• TeamCity knowledge is a plus .
