You will be responsible for bridging the gap between graphical design, strategy, and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the experiment looks as well as how it works to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. We are looking for someone reliable and willing to help as well as someone who will be proactive and ask for help when needed.

USER-DATA-DRIVEN As a CRO agency, we based all our decisions on data. We trust numbers and we deeply think about our user experience. If you are curious about user-behavior and driven by conversions, you are the right fit.
ENTREPRENEUR We are looking for a problem solver. When implementing new experiment concepts with our clients, you will be asked to research new tools and options to make them possible to test. PROCESS-DRIVEN You won't have someone watching over your shoulder on a day-to-day basis to make sure the work is getting done. We are strong believers in trust and autonomy but we must be confident that you will deliver the work in time even if you have a poor internet connection on your favorite beach spot or if your beer has spilled on your laptop when reaching out for your nachos.
