Our expertise covers five areas of innovation: Business and Management, Information Technologies, Engineering and High Technologies, Telecommunications and Biotech and Pharma. In 2019, Amaris aims to reach a turnover of 350 million euros, 6500 employees and to develop its workforces with the anticipation of a further 2000 new job openings. We expect to triple our workforce within the next few years and reach a leading international position in independent consulting.

Funciones del cargo

Your mission would be to create, develop, make profitable and sustainable what is going to be your own Business Unit (having full operational and strategic control over it).

In order to make it grow, you’ll operate on a daily basis on three main axes:

  • Business Development: Identification, creation, development and animation of your own portfolio of clients (large accounts)
  • Recruitment and Management of your team of consultants: Find and attract professionals with the right skillset to be part of your team and support your clients with their expertise. Provide them with a qualitative management and a career path that matches their ambitions.
  • Financial Management: As the Leader of your own Business Unit, you must define the best financial strategy in order to make it profitable in the long run.

We are looking for young professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, who want to push themselves beyond the limit, attracted by challenges, self-starters and highly ambitious.

Requerimientos del cargo

  • You have a master’s degree or are about to graduate from a high-ranking Business or Engineering School.
  • You are fluent in English, French and ideally another language.
  • You ideally have some previous internship or associative experience in Business development, Entrepreneurship, Account management or Recruitment.
  • You have a driving license.
